Cancellation Policy

Refunds may be granted up to 14 days before the scheduled event date. Alternatively, you may be able to reschedule for another date. Only one reschedule per ticket.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be admitted to class. No refunds or transfers for late or no-show ticket holders.

Youth Policy

This class is not recommended for anyone younger than 14. If you are under the age of 16, you and a parent/guardian must sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with taking a stained glass class.

Inclusion Policy

The Shatter Shop aims to provide an inclusive, creative space for all. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated at events hosted by The Shatter Shop. If you might require extra assistance in class, please send an email to hello@shatter-shop.com.
