Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or transfers to other parties granted. For cancellations with a week or more notice, you may be able to reschedule for another date, but this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Only one reschedule per ticket. No exceptions.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be admitted to class. These classes are structured, and keeping the class on course is crucial to finishing in the allotted timeframe. Late arrivals are disruptive. There are no refunds or transfers for late arrivals. Reschedules may be treated on a case-by-case basis with an applicable late fee.

Youth Policy

This class is not recommended for anyone younger than 14. If you are under the age of 16, you and a parent/guardian must sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with taking a stained glass class.
